This Refund Policy applies to all digital services and products sold directly by EPECSA S.A., including but not limited to online courses, downloadable content, consulting services, subscriptions, and digital tools offered through the EPECSA platform.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a refund within ten (10) calendar days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The request must be submitted in writing to the designated EPECSA support email within the 10-day period.
- The product or service has not been fully consumed, completed, or accessed in its entirety.
- The reason for the refund is clear, specific, and based on dissatisfaction with service access, unresolved technical issues, or billing errors.
3. Non-refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized services delivered upon request.
- Content that has already been downloaded, accessed, or completed.
- Affiliate services or purchases made through third-party platforms.
- Subscription periods beyond the 10-day window or already expired.
- Services under signed contractual obligations or special terms.
4. Request Procedure
To request a refund, users must send an email to our official support address including:
- Full name and user ID (if applicable)
- Purchase reference or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment (if required)
We will respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if only a portion of the service or product has been accessed or delivered.
6. Platform Rights
EPECSA reserves the right to deny refund requests that:
- Fall outside the 10-day refund period
- Show signs of abuse, fraud, or malicious intent
- Violate the Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
