Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services offered by EPECSA S.A. (“EPECSA”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) through its digital platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and our privacy policies.

2. Services Provided

EPECSA offers various digital services including but not limited to: energy and engineering consulting, digital tools, web platforms, IT system integration, online education modules, discussion forums, affiliate programs, and secure payment gateways.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content created and published by EPECSA, including educational material, documentation, videos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of EPECSA. Commercial redistribution, resale, or unauthorized reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

Users are allowed to download course material for personal use only. Uploading content containing malicious code or malware is forbidden. Course material is considered a temporary service. Upon course completion or access expiration, all content remains under EPECSA’s exclusive license.

4. User Contributions

Users may submit files, participate in forums, leave comments, and join affiliate programs. All contributions must comply with community guidelines and must not violate intellectual property rights or contain harmful content.

5. Payment and Transactions

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of those payment providers. Refund policies will be defined in a separate document.
